職位概述

Coupang 台灣正在尋找資深人力資源流程自動化專員，隸屬 Planning & System Team，直接向主管匯報，負責 HR 流程標準化、自動化及資料品質管理，透過流程優化、系統改善與數據治理提升 HR 營運效率與準確性。

主要職責

分析並優化 HR 流程，建立標準化作業模式
規劃並推動 HR 流程改善與自動化專案，提升營運效率與資料準確性
改善薪資、出勤、招募等核心 HR 流程
主導跨部門 HR 改善專案，推動 HQ 與 Site 作業模式標準化
建立儀表板與 KPI 監控機制

任职要求

5 年以上招募、人力資源或流程改善相關經驗
熟悉 HRIS、薪資、出勤及招募流程
具備數據分析、專案管理及跨部門變革推動經驗

必備技能

Excel、Power BI、Python
優先：Power Automate、SQL、AI 工具、精益或持續改善經驗
