HRM Manager (Taoyuan)

About the role

Coupang is expanding in Taiwan and is looking for an HRM Manager in Taoyuan. The role manages core HR functions including site performance management, people management, HR system management, employee relations and LMS, and works with HQ on payroll, compliance and ER requirements. It acts as a strategic bridge between leadership and execution, optimizing HR programs and giving data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and coordinate tasks across departments for continuous improvement
• Implement company-wide HR strategies with Strategy and Planning teams
• Keep HR processes consistent across all business locations
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration and the smooth execution of HR policies
• Report regularly to senior management on HR operations and process optimization
• Lead and develop a team, covering staffing, attendance, employee relations, onboarding training and HR system data accuracy

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of total HR experience focused on HRM operations
• 5+ years in a people management role leading and developing HR teams
• Ability to solve complex problems through strategic thinking and cross-functional partnerships
• Strong drive to meet operational targets and ensure compliance
• Preferred: general understanding of finance, legal, logistics and tech operations, and experience leading large-scale HR system implementations or process optimization projects

Required skills

• Extensive experience with HR systems such as Workday and LMS
• Preferred: excellent communication skills for reporting to and influencing senior leadership
