职位概况

天崗尋找具備5年以上人力資源經驗的資深人力資源夥伴，從招募與人才發展起步，逐步參與績效制度、人才盤點、教育訓練、流程改善、AI應用及組織發展等工作。

主要职责

負責各類職務招募，包括人才搜尋、履歷篩選、面談、人才評估及錄用流程
開發及優化招募管道，提升招募效率與人才品質
協助新人導入、教育訓練及人才發展
參與績效管理、人才盤點、職能發展及接班人才培育
推動 HR 流程改善、SOP 建立及制度優化
運用 ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini 等 AI 工具改善工作流程與效率
參與 ESG、永續及其他跨部門專案，建立專案追蹤機制並確保執行落地
彙整及分析相關數據，提供管理決策參考

任职要求

5 年以上人力資源相關工作經驗
具製造業 HR 經驗尤佳
具招募實務經驗，並至少熟悉以下一項領域：人才發展、教育訓練、績效管理、HRBP、組織發展或 HR 流程改善
具跨部門溝通及專案推動能力
願意使用 AI 工具改善工作方式

加分條件

曾參與人才盤點、績效制度或組織發展專案
具 ESG、永續、ISO 或相關專案經驗
曾參與流程改善、HRIS 或數位轉型專案
