职位概况
TalentPlus 正在台北內湖區招聘新鮮人獵頭顧問/業務，負責協助客戶招聘並開發新客戶，提供專業的職涯諮詢服務。
主要职责
- 開發新客戶，透過人脈、專業簡報與冷電話拓展業務。
- 與招聘主管確認職缺需求，使用 Boolean 等搜尋技巧尋找合適人才。
- 面談、評估候選人，並協助談判聘用條件。
- 在求職網站與社群媒體發布職缺資訊，參與校園或產業徵才活動。
任职要求
- 具備獵頭或銷售相關經驗者佳。
- 熟悉社群媒體與線上廣告操作。
- 具備優秀的談判與人際溝通能力。
- 能快速決策並具備分析報告的能力。
必备技能
- 優秀的人際溝通與協調能力。
- 快速決策與問題解決能力。
