Knowledge Management Project Lead – UIR (EUV/DUV)

About the role

The Knowledge Management Project Lead will drive training and skill‑development initiatives for the EUV and DUV UIR domains at ASML's Hsinchu site. You will partner with GTC, operations and manpower planning to ensure the workforce has the right competencies and that safety training complies with UIR standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver training programmes with GTC, covering qualification, cross‑competency and safety training.
• Design and implement the AE (Associate Engineer) onboarding, skill‑ramp and qualification pathways.
• Own skill‑level tracking, define maturity criteria and drive continuous improvement aligned with business demand.
• Maintain the Skill Management Tool (SMT) data, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
• Provide regular skill and training status reports to stakeholders and translate data into manpower‑planning insights.
• Collaborate closely with Manpower Planning and Operations to align training effectiveness with real‑field needs.

Required profile

• Strong background in EUV UIR or DUV UIR operations or a training environment.
• Proven experience managing training programmes and knowledge‑framework initiatives.
• Solid capability in skill tracking, analysis and driving improvements.
• Excellent reporting, communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• High ownership, coordination ability and stakeholder‑management mindset.
