Lead Recruiter

About the role

Lam Research is seeking a Lead Recruiter to own the full‑cycle recruitment process for designated roles and support urgent hiring needs. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to design talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Program Management: oversee recruitment initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Data & Reporting: generate and analyse recruitment metrics to provide market and process insights.
• Employer Branding: lead initiatives to strengthen Lam Research’s employer brand.
• Full‑Cycle Recruitment: manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for assigned roles.
• Talent Strategy: collaborate with leaders to anticipate workforce needs and develop proactive hiring plans.
• Candidate Experience: ensure a positive, professional experience for all candidates.
• Sourcing & Networking: use advanced sourcing techniques, social media, and talent communities to engage passive candidates.
• Stakeholder Management: act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and best practices.
• Compliance: guarantee all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven success hiring for diverse functions with the ability to adapt methodologies based on strategic discussions.
• Experience creating ad‑hoc reports and a strong understanding of recruitment metrics.
• Strong planning capabilities from innovative initiatives to practical execution.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
