Senior Employee Relations Partner – China and Taiwan Scope

About the role

As a trusted advisor within a centralized Employee Relations Center of Excellence, you will lead complex investigations and performance‑management cases across China and Taiwan, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end employee relations investigations, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and policy violations.
• Advise and coach managers on performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions and involuntary separations.
• Partner with Global Employment Law, Ethics, Compliance and Security on high‑risk employee matters.
• Track and analyze ER case metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in employee relations, workplace investigations or employment law.
• Proven ability to conduct complex investigations independently and produce clear reports.
• Strong consulting, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills in a multinational environment.
• Professional English communication and business writing skills.

• Advanced workplace investigation and fact‑finding techniques.
• Deep knowledge of labor and employment laws in China and Taiwan.
• Experience with performance management, disciplinary processes and involuntary separations.
