HR Product Governance & Communication Project Manager

About the role

TSMC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead product governance and communication initiatives within its Global HR organization. The role bridges HR planning, internal control, and product solution teams to ensure robust governance and clear stakeholder engagement across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze product governance gaps, identify strategic opportunities, and design interventions and cadences across cross‑council and multi‑entity scopes.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive product communication strategy covering annual road‑maps, quarterly feature release seminars, and localized stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with Strategic Planners, Digital Planners, and IOTS leadership to align governance and communication with the organization’s agile principles.
• Facilitate stakeholder mapping, conduct gap analyses, and lead facilitation sessions for diverse global teams.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in product management, product operations, corporate communications or HR governance within a complex, global environment.
• Proven track record of designing and scaling communication mechanisms or governance frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior leadership and cross‑functional technical teams.
