About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the human resources function for a sizable industrial and manufacturing organisation in Hsinchu. You will shape HR strategy, drive talent initiatives and ensure compliance across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and talent development processes.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage compensation and benefits programmes effectively.
- Lead employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Support leadership in organisational development and change management.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce needs.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Extensive experience in human resources within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Proven expertise in HR strategy, recruitment and talent management.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to design and manage compensation and benefits programmes.
- Experience in managing organisational development and change initiatives.
- A relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
What we offer
- Competitive annual salary ranging from TWD 2,700,000 to TWD 3,300,000.
