职位概况

负责为客户提供全方位的招聘服务，了解需求并进行人才搜寻、面谈及效果追踪。

主要职责

了解客户的招聘需求，提供寻才服务，包括岗位搜索、面试及后续效果追踪。
具备陌生开发不同产业客户或人才的能力。
维护客户与人才的长期合作关系，实现三方共赢。

任职要求

具备营销、客户服务、财务会计、供应链管理、人力资源等领域三年以上工作经验。
具亲和力、正向思考、团队合作、绩效导向、沟通能力强，能与专业经理人互动。
