职位概况
负责在硬体制造与电子代工行业中进行高阶人才的主动猎取与渠道拓展，建立关键人才库并推动多元化招聘项目。
主要职责
- 通过 LinkedIn、猎头伙伴、社群及人脉网络精准猎取生产经理及核心工程师。
- 建立并维护服务器、网通、电子制造业的关键人才库，监控竞争对手人才动向。
- 规划并执行校园徵才、产学合作、海外人才招募等项目，管理本劳/外劳招募渠道。
- 优化招聘流程，提升候选人面试体验，定期分析招聘数据并提出改进建议。
任职要求
- 3-5 年以上招聘（TA）经验，具猎头公司或科技业、EMS/ODM/OEM背景者优先。
- 具备出色的主动猎才（Direct Sourcing）能力，熟悉硬体制造业职能（产线、SMT、测试、品管等）。
- 拥有敏锐的猎头思维、强谈判沟通技巧，抗压性高，适应快节奏招聘环境。
