Senior Recruiter – Taichung (RPO)

About the role

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity to join the Korn Ferry RPO team as a Senior Recruiter based in Taichung, supporting our client Corning. The role requires close partnership with stakeholders, optimizing client relationships through end‑to‑end recruitment excellence, and becoming a market expert to guide the client through the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Be responsible for the full recruitment process cycle from initial role briefing through to offer stage.
• Build strong partnerships with the business area you support and candidates to drive client and candidate satisfaction.
• Drive recruitment strategies with a strong focus on diversity within the shortlist.
• Utilize all available direct sourcing tools and technology to ensure a quality candidate shortlist/pipeline.
• Communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide hiring managers with market conditions, candidate availability, and salary benchmarks.

Required profile

• Experience in a full‑cycle recruitment role, either in‑house, agency or RPO environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment in semiconductor and manufacturing industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to build strong relationships at various organizational levels.
• Strong organization skills and ability to delegate aspects of the recruitment process such as interview scheduling and sourcing.
• Demonstrated interest and ability to work in a fast‑paced service environment.
• Expertise in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring technical positions.
• Effective communication and listening skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize needs, and accommodate a broad range of stakeholders.
• Workable English.
