职位概况
在凱基銀行城東分行擔任分行服務專員，負責客戶臨櫃交易、服務申請及行政事務，維護客戶關係並推介金融商品。
主要职责
- 執行客戶臨櫃交易作業及銀行服務申請與行政事務處理。
- 提供客戶銀行相關服務，維護並深化分行客戶關係，提升滿意度。
- 發掘客戶需求，適時銷售或轉介所需金融商品。
任职要求
- 具備信託業務人員證照，試用期內需取得投信投顧法規證照或可替代證照。
- 具備相關學歷（大學以上）。
- 能接受正常工時並需打卡。
