CEO Office Lead for AI Neobank Expansion

About the role

We are seeking a high‑ownership business generalist to join the CEO Office and drive the expansion of our AI‑powered neobank app across the region. You will translate CEO priorities into concrete actions, coordinating across product, legal, compliance, and country teams to ensure rapid market launch and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive CEO‑level priorities from problem definition through execution, covering product, hiring, licensing, partnerships and market launch.
• Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners and deadlines across multiple teams.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring initiatives and strategic projects.
• Prepare clear briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow‑ups and action trackers.
• Work closely with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations and country teams.
• Identify execution gaps and push teams to close them.
• Own urgent business problems that span multiple departments.

Required profile

• High‑ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
• Clear writer, structured thinker and strong follow‑through operator.
• Able to work directly with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems and shifting priorities.
• Strong judgement on what matters, what is blocked and what needs escalation.
• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech or founder‑led environments is a strong advantage.
