职位概况
负责基金及其关联企业的会计核算与报告工作，支持基金运营及合规需求。
主要职责
- 每月、每季结账作业，包括交易记录，编制财务报表与投资人报告。
- 处理现金管理事务，如汇款、现金余额报表编制及银行对账。
- 编制定期投资人报告，处理资本催缴与分配款项。
- 与独立审计师、金融机构及第三方服务供应商沟通，配合审计流程。
- 支持基金及SPV的日常运营、行政管理及年终财务报表准备。
任职要求
- 具备基础会计概念，了解账务、财报与审计流程；对私募基金、SPV、境外公司运作有基本了解者佳。
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office（Excel、Word、Outlook），具备良好书面与口头沟通能力。
- 具备团队合作精神，能够独立作业，主动积极，具高度责任感与学习意愿。
- 能在多任务与时程压力下保持良好表现，具分析、规划与组织能力。
