分行服務專員（櫃員）負責客戶臨櫃交易、銀行服務申請及行政事務，並提供客戶銀行相關服務，維護客戶關係，提升滿意度。同時協助金融商品的銷售與轉介。

主要职责

客戶臨櫃交易作業、銀行服務申請及行政事務處理。
提供客戶銀行相關服務，維護並深耕分行客戶往來關係，提升客戶滿意度。
發掘客戶需求，適時銷售或轉介人身保險、信託、投信投顧等金融商品。
