职位概况
凱基銀行通路發展處招聘分行服務專員，負責分行作業與客戶服務，提升客戶滿意度並推廣金融商品。
主要职责
- 處理客戶臨櫃交易、銀行服務申請及行政事務。
- 提供客戶銀行相關服務，維護並深耕分行客戶關係。
- 發掘客戶需求，適時銷售或轉介金融商品。
任职要求
- 具備信託業務人員證照，試用期內需取得投信投顧法規證照或等同證照。
- 具備相關學歷（大學以上）。
- 正常工時，需打卡。
