职位概况

负责台北地区的药品进药、学术沟通、标案议价及渠道保护等工作，维护关键意见领袖关系，达成销售业绩。

主要职责

依据客户分级与目标制定拜访计划，开展产品介绍与学术交流。
执行进药、标案、价格议价及区域保护等作业。
开发新院所、新医师及新通路，收集并分析市场情报。
定期提交报表、销售预估，配合行销活动落地。
处理客户投诉与需求，保持合规与专业形象。

任职要求

大学以上学历，药学或医药科学相关专业，具药师执照者佳。
至少2年原厂医药产品销售经验，具糖尿病或医美领域经验者优先。
具区域/业绩规划能力及良好人际沟通技巧。

必备技能

熟悉医药产品进药、标案及价格议价流程。
具备市场情报收集与分析能力。
能够与医疗专业人员进行学术沟通。
