职位概况
在台北的 H&M 门店担任全职销售顾问，提供优质顾客服务并推动产品销售，营造愉快的购物体验。
主要职责
- 在卖场、试衣间及收银台分享时尚与产品知识，提供出色的顾客服务。
- 补货、整理衣物、陈列商品并维护店面形象。
- 按照收银流程完成每笔交易，处理付款与退换货。
- 协助卸货、进货及商品上架前的整理工作。
- 执行降价、价格调整及防盗扣安装等流程。
- 遵守门店安全规章，防止损失并维护店铺秩序。
任职要求
- 具备时尚、零售或相关领域的顾客服务经验。
- 对时尚充满热情，乐于向顾客推荐产品。
- 沟通能力佳，具创造力与好奇心，愿意学习成长。
- 积极进取、灵活应变，具决策与执行力。
- 能够配合店铺排班，包括早晚班轮替。
必备技能
- 基本的收银操作与商品陈列技巧。
