Sales Executive 業務客戶經理 (Taipei)

About the role

UPS is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth of its express parcel delivery services in the Taipei region. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to increase revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities by analysing market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to acquire new customers and expand revenue.
• Conduct proactive sales calls, client visits and virtual meetings to build long‑term relationships.
• Manage the assigned territory, monitor performance and adjust tactics to meet sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and lead contract negotiations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, logistics or express parcel delivery services.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to build and maintain business relationships.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and passionate about sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a fast‑paced team.
• Own a car for client visits.
