Client Advisor – Watches & Jewelry

About the role

The Client Advisor for Watches & Jewelry acts as the face of the brand, delivering an exceptional luxury experience to every guest. You will champion the watches and jewelry category, using storytelling and strong communication to inspire clients and drive sales across the Louis Vuitton portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets while promoting the Watches & Jewelry collection.
• Welcome each client, providing premium service, in‑depth product knowledge and personalized recommendations.
• Develop long‑term relationships with existing and new customers, fostering loyalty to the brand.
• Gather market feedback, industry trends and sales opportunities to inform store management.
• Proactively reach out to clients to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in store initiatives to support overall objectives.
• Continuously learn and master brand and product information.
