Major Account Executive – Senior Client Manager (Taipei)

About the role

UPS is looking for a dynamic Major Account Executive to lead and expand strategic accounts in the Taipei region. You will be responsible for driving new business, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering logistics solutions that meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow strategic accounts within the assigned territory, increasing share of wallet.
• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, business reviews, and negotiate contracts.
• Lead RFQs, pricing discussions, and coordinate implementation handovers with cross‑functional teams.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, account plans, and customer data in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and regional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, express, freight forwarding or related industries.
• Proven track record in new‑business development and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle for customer visits.
