Manufacturing Operator (PDMP TS)

About the role

The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for operating machines and equipment on production lines, performing product assembly, packaging and inspection to ensure smooth processes and quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all applicable SOPs, work instructions and GMP principles.
• Operate production equipment to load, assemble, process, package and transport products.
• Conduct partial quality inspections and record production data.
• Monitor equipment performance, handle abnormalities and perform simple troubleshooting.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement activities and apply 5S principles.

Required profile

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; normal vision and colour perception.
• Strong team spirit and willingness to follow standard operating procedures.
• Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Capability to read and understand basic technical documents and manuals.

Required skills

• Operation of various production equipment.
• Basic equipment maintenance and simple troubleshooting.
• Reading and interpreting work instructions and SOPs.
