Production Operator 1

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our skilled operations team in the smelting, powder production, sieving, and packaging of tin powder. The role involves daily handling of tin powder batches weighing 20‑30 kg and working in high‑temperature environments while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production machinery such as reactors, mixers, and pumps according to SOPs.
• Load, unload, and transport raw materials and finished products, including packaging and shipping.
• Perform routine cleaning, basic maintenance, and minor equipment adjustments.
• Conduct process and machinery inspections throughout the manufacturing cycle.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow housekeeping standards.
• Use personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

• Knowledge of quality control principles and documentation.
• Physical fitness for lifting, standing, and working in varied conditions.
