Logistics Supervisor

About the role

Ultra Clean Technology is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast‑growing semiconductor environment. The successful candidate will ensure safety, efficiency, and accuracy while supporting the company’s mission to supply critical components for AI‑enabled devices.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse activities, guaranteeing safe and timely execution.
• Enforce company policies and safety regulations across all warehouse functions.
• Hire, train, coach, and provide feedback to warehouse staff to maximize productivity.
• Allocate resources, monitor staff performance, and manage disciplinary actions per policy.
• Coordinate with forwarders, buyers, planners, and internal programs for smooth inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate system data, filing records, and audit documentation.
• Identify and implement process‑improvement initiatives.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Required profile

• Diploma in logistics or equivalent with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong knowledge of receiving, picking, kitting, shipping, and inventory control techniques.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and implementation of safety protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, as operational needs dictate.

Required skills

• Operation of material handling equipment (forklift, reach truck, pallet jack) with appropriate certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with SAP (preferred).
