IT/OT Infrastructure & Operations Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT/OT Infrastructure & Operations Engineer to manage and support critical infrastructure in a large‑scale data centre environment. The role combines traditional IT responsibilities with operational technology systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across both domains.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Azure, storage and backup solutions.
• Support LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, Cisco switching and firewall infrastructure.
• Maintain IT/OT platforms such as BMS, DCIM, EMS and other industrial control systems.
• Perform system patching, backup/recovery, troubleshooting and cybersecurity activities.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, deployments and continuous improvement projects.
• Create and update SOPs, technical documentation and configuration records.
• Coordinate with vendors and system integrators for delivery and issue resolution.
• Support audit, compliance and information‑security requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 8–10 years of hands‑on IT infrastructure experience, preferably in data‑centre or other critical environments.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience managing external vendors.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure) are a plus.
