职位概况

負責公司IT基礎架構與網路規劃、建置、維運，執行資訊安全與資產管理，提供跨部門技術支援，確保營運不中斷。

主要职责

規劃、建置與維護IT與網路環境，包括伺服器、NAS、交換器等。
日常維護電腦、筆電、印表機及相關資訊設備，處理異常排除。
執行資訊安全政策、帳號權限控管、防毒與端點防護。
管理VPN、防火牆、無線網路及跨廠區連線。
負責資料備份、稽核、資安紀錄與教育訓練。
提供Windows、Office、Outlook、ERP等使用者支援。
完成主管交辦的其他事項。

任职要求

5年以上IT相關工作經驗或相關科系畢業。
熟悉Windows系統與伺服器管理。
具電腦硬體故障排除能力。
具責任感，對AI導入有興趣。
