Member of Technical Staff II

About the role

Lattice is seeking a Member of Technical Staff II to lead end‑to‑end project execution for its programmable logic solutions. The role blends project management expertise with close collaboration across engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver high‑quality features for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Direct full‑cycle project execution, monitoring milestones and ensuring successful delivery.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks early to protect schedule, quality, and stability.
• Provide rapid incident response and manage escalations, owning issue resolution and follow‑up.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to remove bottlenecks and align on priorities.
• Engage with key client stakeholders through structured communication and regular reviews to build strategic trust.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience as a Project Manager or Technical Program Manager in the technology sector.
• Effective communication with cross‑functional and technical stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and standard project‑management tools such as Jira.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder communication abilities.
