About the role
We are looking for an Analyst/EUS Support Engineer to join our Infrastructure team in Taipei. The role focuses on Windows client and server support, O365 troubleshooting and lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows client operating systems and applications.
- Provide O365 (M365) support, including mobile services.
- Manage hardware and software end‑of‑service (EOS) lifecycle.
- Maintain Windows Server environments and EUS services such as printers and SCCM.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure project planning and execution.
- Proven experience in vendor management.
Required skills
- Windows client OS and software troubleshooting.
- O365 (M365) administration.
- Excel VBA / Formula.
- PowerShell scripting.
- Python scripting (preferred).
- Windows Server maintenance.
- SCCM and printer management.
