IT Support (Fresh Graduate Welcome)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑oriented IT Support Engineer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about technology and eager to gain hands‑on experience supporting office users, retail stores, and IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support to office users and retail stores, troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues.
• Handle IT service requests and help‑desk activities, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
• Set up and configure computers, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Support store IT projects, system upgrades, and new store setups.
• Maintain IT equipment and software inventory records.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Translation, Linguistics, IT, Computer Science or related fields.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of computer hardware.
• Fundamental networking concepts and troubleshooting.
