About the role
The DevOps Manager will lead TSMC's software product team, ensuring delivery of high‑value, high‑quality solutions across staging and production environments. The role requires close collaboration with all technical teams and a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Product Development team and oversee task and release management.
- Design and implement cloud‑native micro‑service architectures.
- Refactor existing monolithic applications to cloud‑native solutions.
- Drive high‑quality software development, deployment processes and a DevOps culture.
- Lead evaluation and adoption of new IT technologies.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience as a DevOps Manager, leading a team of 10+ members.
- Experience overseeing implementation, testing, deployment planning, validation, QA, operations and sustainability of technical solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps quality‑control processes, artifacts and CI/CD toolchains.
- Proficiency in domain‑driven micro‑service design and implementation.
- Strong technical leadership and ability to evaluate and adopt new technologies.
- People‑management skills to motivate and develop a high‑performing DevOps team.
