Product Manager - Community Strategy

About the role

Binance is seeking a Product Manager to lead the community content product strategy, focusing on post ranking, recommendation and distribution. You will drive user experience improvements, community engagement and retention while contributing to overall user growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own strategy design and ongoing optimization for the community content product, focusing on post ranking, recommendation and distribution mechanisms.
• Improve user experience, community engagement and retention by enhancing content quality and ranking strategies to drive overall user growth.
• Define long‑term roadmap for the content ecosystem, including classification, recommendation optimization and distribution.
• Analyze the relationship between community engagement and core user behaviours, develop growth strategies and drive cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• 3–8 years of experience in strategy products, community products or content ecosystems, preferably in Web3 or fintech.
• Hands‑on experience with post ranking, content recommendation, user retention or content‑driven growth.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills and ability to balance short‑term execution with long‑term platform development.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills to align multiple stakeholders.
