About the role
We are seeking a Senior Implementation Specialist to join our team in Xinyi District, Taiwan. You will lead the implementation and deployment of enterprise solutions for clients across the Taiwan market, managing projects from initiation to completion while ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead on‑ground implementation for Taiwanese merchant onboarding and guarantee a seamless go‑live experience.
- Coordinate cross‑functional project activities, driving collaboration between teams and markets to deliver merchant outcomes.
- Manage multiple concurrent enterprise software implementation projects, monitoring timelines, budgets and deliverables.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in implementation, systems deployment or related project management roles.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise software implementations such as ERP or CRM systems.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
