HR Generalist – Business Partner & HR Advisor

About the role

The HR Generalist (HRBP/HRAM) will act as a strategic partner to country HR teams and business leaders, ensuring global HR policies are applied locally while supporting business expansion. This role bridges headquarters HR guidance with on‑the‑ground execution across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with country HR and regional managers to interpret and implement global HR policies, ensuring compliance with local laws.
• Lead HR programs such as headcount planning, compensation, benefits, performance management, talent development, internal mobility, and employee relations.
• Provide consultative HR solutions tailored to each country’s context, aligning with HQ guidelines.
• Coach country HR leads on people‑management topics to raise their professional capability.
• Manage complex cross‑country cases, including international assignments, mobility, critical talent recruitment, and organization design.
• Build strong, engaged relationships with country HR and business stakeholders through effective communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a full‑function HR or HR business partner role.
• At least 3 years of experience working in cross‑cultural or international HR environments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong consulting, influencing, and partnership abilities.
• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and work independently.

Required skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of compensation & benefits, payroll, salary structures, grading, and annual salary review processes.
• Experience with talent development, performance management, and talent acquisition processes (HC planning, JD writing, recruitment, interviewing, offers).
• Understanding of employee relations, HR compliance, and HR system frameworks.
