Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a senior recruitment partner, you will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle for biotechnology manufacturing, CDMO services, R&D, and quality assurance functions. The role is focused on high‑efficiency execution, proactive sourcing, and delivering an excellent candidate experience to support the company’s rapid capacity expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for business units such as Biotech R&D, Process Development, Facility Engineering, QC/QA, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development and Manufacturing Operations.
• Proactively source niche biotechnology talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, local job boards, professional networks and international channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, align expectations and provide data‑driven recruitment updates.
• Support employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives, acting as a brand ambassador throughout the hiring funnel.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS, update recruitment dashboards and contribute to strategic TA projects.

Required profile

• 5+ years of dedicated recruitment experience, either in‑house or as a consultant.
• Proven ability to use proactive sourcing techniques such as Boolean search on LinkedIn.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
