Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple organizations and projects across Taiwan. You will act as the primary TA interface, partnering with hiring managers and HR to deliver high‑quality talent while supporting broader TA initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for designated organizations, from intake to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute direct sourcing strategies, including talent mapping, social media sourcing, and referrals.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, sourcing channels, speed, quality and cost.
• Partner proactively with hiring managers, HR partners and the OneHR team to align recruitment plans.
• Maintain recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, cost per hire, quality of hire and diversity metrics.
• Coordinate interview processes, candidate communications, and debrief meetings.
• Collaborate with external agencies only when required and within procurement guidelines.
• Support regional TA initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, preferably in the Taiwan market.
• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment expertise with strong direct‑sourcing capability.
• Experience recruiting for industrial gas, chemicals, manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, energy or related sectors.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
