HR Business Partner Director – APAC

About the role

Partner with regional and territory managers and key stakeholders to develop and execute both short‑term and long‑term people strategies that support business objectives. Provide a total people & culture solution for the APAC region, including coaching business leaders and collaborating with HR colleagues to enable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Implement corporate HR programs across sales and service branches, leading and coaching international HR teams on workforce planning, performance management, talent acquisition, talent management, mobility, and compensation planning.
• Share customer feedback on people programs with centers of excellence to help formulate and implement practical people initiatives.
• Review HR operating procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and corporate regulations, and oversee employee‑relations issues, policy interpretation, and organizational effectiveness escalated from branch offices.
• Partner with regional and territory managers to provide 1‑on‑1 coaching as a subject‑matter expert across people functions, ensuring alignment for the enablement of people‑management programs.
• Manage and develop key HR talent in the territory by driving engagement with the global HR community and facilitating continuous alignment with business managers.
• Facilitate discussions on people‑related agendas with regional and territory managers to craft organization‑wide people strategies and solutions.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in international HR management and HR Business Partner roles.
• 8+ years of experience leading and managing HR teams.
• APAC regional HR management experience (highly preferred).
• Hands‑on HR project planning and execution experience.
• Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical, logical thinking, consulting and probing skills.
• Excellent English proficiency, both oral and written.
