Hospitality Manager

About the role

Audemars Piguet is seeking a Hospitality Manager to lead and enhance the client experience across its Taiwan market. The role focuses on delivering personalized, memorable luxury experiences in line with the brand’s standards, overseeing hospitality operations, food & beverage services, training programs, and events at AP Houses and boutiques.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and elevate client experience throughout Taiwan, ensuring alignment with Audemars Piguet’s luxury standards.
• Manage hospitality operations, including boutique food & beverage offerings and event execution.
• Collaborate with local and international partners to maintain seamless client engagement and long‑term relationships.
• Monitor service standards across all touchpoints and regularly visit AP Houses and boutiques to assess guest experience.
• Plan and execute tailored client journeys, VIP gatherings, and personalized celebrations.
• Benchmark competitor offerings and identify opportunities to improve food & beverage, event planning, and guest treatment.
• Work with HR and the Retail Training Manager to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and feedback to ensure consistent excellence in hospitality delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality or client experience management, preferably within the watch or high‑end retail sector.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing high‑profile events and personalized client journeys.
• Commitment to upholding brand values and delivering exceptional service standards.
