Head of HR Business Partner (HQ)

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to support the HQ HR Business Partner Head in shaping and executing the HRBP strategy across the organization. The role will drive transformation of the HRBP team, ensuring it delivers high‑impact, value‑added services to business leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to transform the HRBP function and enhance its strategic impact.
• Set team goals and KPIs, monitor performance and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Partner with HQ business leaders on organizational development, talent review, workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, change management and communication strategies.
• Lead the execution of HQ‑level HR initiatives and facilitate the effective use of people tools and HR products.
• Provide coaching to business leaders to strengthen organizational competitiveness and leadership capabilities.
• Ensure HR policies comply with local regulations and uphold process and operational excellence.
• Oversee headcount, budgeting and workforce planning in line with corporate HR guidelines.
• Maintain data privacy, labor law compliance and manage sensitive HR matters such as terminations and performance improvement plans.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including 5‑8 years in HRBP or HR leadership roles, preferably in large‑scale HQ operations.
• Strong cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven collaboration and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
