Recruiter for Technical and Professional Roles

About the role

Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is seeking a Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end hiring for professional and manufacturing positions at its Hsinchu, Taiwan office. You will partner closely with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers from requisition creation through interview coordination and offer closure.
• Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to foster positive relationships.
• Conduct or facilitate panel interviews and follow up with managers on recruiting effectiveness.
• Track and analyze recruiting metrics, set goals, and propose process improvements.
• Lead employer branding initiatives, including social media, job fairs, and campus recruitment events.
• Research and recommend new sourcing channels for both active and passive candidates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of technical and professional recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced engineering environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize competing demands.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
• Experience handling confidential information and working in a cross‑cultural setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with sourcing techniques and platforms.
• Experience using ATS systems such as Workday or ADP.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
