Freelance CX Trainer

About the role

CXG, a global business founded in 2006 serving more than 200 luxury clients across 70 countries, is hiring a freelance CX Trainer for its Academy Team in Taiwan. You will work closely with your team to keep projects, deadlines and schedules on track.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients' learning needs so that training delivered to their teams is impactful
• Liaise with the project plan to define training needs, objectives and schedule sessions
• Support the design of effective training programs
• Run training sessions in class and online (retail programs, workshops, etc.) and create a vivid, dynamic environment that drives mindset change and behaviour change
• Inspire participants using discussion, demonstration, games and storytelling
• Coach on the floor or online

Required profile

• Strong retail background; luxury retail experience is highly preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in service excellence, customer experience and training
• Experience in classroom training and workshops, and on-the-floor coaching of customer experience mindset, emotional selling, service excellence and clienteling/CRM for retail frontline teams
• Excellent communication skills with fluent Mandarin and English
