Learning & Knowledge Management Project Lead – Asia

About the role

ASML is seeking a senior leader to drive learning and knowledge management for its Strategic Sourcing & Procurement (SS&P) function across Asia. The role will shape a culture of continuous improvement, aligning learning initiatives with business priorities to enhance performance and competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global learning strategy for sourcing and procurement teams, partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for best practices, policies, templates, and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify skill gaps, act as liaison between field teams and global learning functions, and support change‑management initiatives.
• Leverage digital tools and stay updated on industry trends to introduce innovative learning methodologies.

Required profile

• 10‑15 years of professional experience in supply chain, procurement, learning & development, or knowledge management, with at least 8 years in a relevant strategic role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, HR, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven ability to partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and drive learning or knowledge‑sharing initiatives.
