Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are a top‑5 globally ranked cryptocurrency exchange seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our Finance & Strategy team. Reporting to finance leadership, you will act as a trusted financial advisor to multiple business units, turning data into insight and supporting smarter decision‑making in a fast‑moving, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with product, operations, and commercial leaders to provide analysis, forecasts, and strategic recommendations.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial plans for assigned units.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages with variance analysis and actionable commentary.
• Build and maintain financial models that support strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Maintain visibility into revenue, costs, and margins; surface risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure data accuracy and improve reporting processes.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of finance experience with a strong FP&A foundation.
• Proven ability to influence non‑finance stakeholders.
• Background in management consulting or Big 4 preferred, with exposure to crypto, finance, or fintech.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA, CFA or equivalent a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong financial modelling capabilities.
