Associate - Financial Services

About the role

Join a client service team and own a workstream that tackles some of the toughest challenges faced by influential organisations, from Fortune 500 giants to innovative startups. You will uncover the true strategic issues, develop actionable plans and deliver solutions that create lasting impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a workstream, combining research, data analysis, interviews and brainstorming to generate fresh insights and breakthrough solutions.
• Collaborate directly with clients to refine strategies, implement transformations and equip them with tools for continued innovation.
• Produce client‑focused deliverables such as PowerPoint decks, Excel models and written reports.
• Travel to diverse client environments and work flexible hours to meet project demands.

Required profile

• Advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD, etc.) or equivalent work experience.
• Relevant experience in financial institutions or consulting, preferably in banking, securities, insurance, asset & wealth management, or digital/AI in finance.
• Strong time‑management and autonomous decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the local office language, adaptable to senior and cross‑functional audiences.
