Director - Credit Solutions

About the role

The Director of Credit Solutions will provide credit risk solutions to corporates and financial institutions, handling complex or high‑profile accounts. The role combines client strategy, prospect development, and coordination of broking, consulting and sales activities to achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide credit risk solutions to corporates and financial institutions, handling complex or high‑profile accounts.
• Develop and retain client relationships, coordinating broking, consulting and sales activities to achieve growth targets.
• Lead prospect development through networking and referrals, managing the full sales process for designated portfolios.
• Oversee day‑to‑day program management, delivering consultative service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in credit risk or insurance broking with senior‑level client management responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of applying discretion and independent judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build productive relationships with clients, carriers and internal teams across geographies.
