Premier Relationship Clerk/Officer (Ren'ai Branch)

About the role

Provide high‑quality professional services to Premier customers in a retail banking branch, supporting the International Wealth Management and Premier Business unit of HSBC. The role works closely with the Branch Customer Services Manager and Premier Relationship Managers to meet and exceed service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Premier customers with account opening, transactions, documentation and reporting, excluding teller cash services.
• Collaborate with the Sales Floor Manager and Business Development team to achieve KPIs and identify referral opportunities.
• Support Premier Relationship Managers in building and maintaining relationships, including managing Premier rooms and safety deposit boxes.
• Process mortgage loan applications for Premier and PVA customers.
• Perform branch operational tasks, prepare MI reports and ensure accuracy and professionalism.

Required profile

• College degree or higher with prior experience in the financial industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude with sales potential.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and internal banking systems.
• Basic English communication skills (preferred).
