Development Enablement Manager

About the role

The Development Enablement Manager drives employee growth and leadership capability across TSMC’s global operations. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will design, launch, and manage development programs that empower staff to own their career paths.

Key responsibilities

• Innovate and implement performance development tools that foster a "own your career" mindset.
• Identify and apply cutting‑edge development methodologies to maximize engagement and impact.
• Build strong relationships with internal partners to ensure successful rollout and adoption of initiatives.
• Select and manage external consultants and partners for specialized development activities.
• Oversee design, delivery, and management of leadership development programs, providing coaching and open communication.
• Design evaluation methods, analyze feedback, and translate data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in Learning & Development, talent development, or employee development program management.
• Strong coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage external partnerships and consultants.
• Creative, growth‑mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; additional languages (Japanese, German) a plus.
