Senior Learning & Development Program Specialist

About the role

KLA is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Program Specialist to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of manager onboarding, development, and broader talent programs. You will partner with HR and business leaders to build learning experiences that drive performance, engagement, and compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Organize new‑manager onboarding and 90‑day assimilation programs.
• Design and deliver manager development curricula focused on leadership, business acumen, and regulatory compliance.
• Source, curate, and manage internal and external learning solutions, including coaching and mentoring initiatives.
• Develop and execute new‑hire probation processes, development checkpoints, and related policies.
• Create employee engagement and learning programs that support career growth.
• Support performance‑management implementation and related training.
• Administer learning policies, portals, resource libraries, and knowledge‑management tools.
• Drive L&D analytics, dashboards, reporting, and program‑effectiveness measurement.
• Develop and execute HR and learning communications to increase awareness and participation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience designing and delivering learning and development programs, preferably in a technology‑driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and influence senior stakeholders.
