Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner acts as a strategic ally to assigned business units, supporting managers in people management, organizational development, employee relations, and talent acquisition. This role bridges HR and the business to drive initiatives, improve employee experience, and enhance organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance and coaching on workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee retention, and organisational effectiveness.
• Support implementation and communication of HR policies, programs, and initiatives, acting as a liaison between HR and business teams.
• Advise managers on organisational changes and people‑related solutions, ensuring alignment with company policies and business goals.
• Manage employee‑relations matters, including inquiries, workplace concerns, complaints, and sensitive cases.
• Partner with hiring managers on recruitment activities such as talent sourcing, candidate selection, and workforce planning.
