Customer Success Specialist

About the role

Be@me, a digital healthcare startup offering affordable cosmetic dental care and orthodontic solutions, is looking for a Customer Success Specialist in Taipei. The role ensures customer satisfaction and builds strong relationships, handling inquiries and issues while working with sales, marketing and operations teams across the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and support, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships so their needs are met and exceeded
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in Salesforce, keeping data secure
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help develop customer service policies and procedures
• Convert leads into opportunities, especially in the international market, and meet KPIs and high conversion rates from leads to clinic show-ups
• Use dental expertise to help customers identify concerns and recommend solutions
• Encourage customers to share photos of their teeth to better understand their needs
• Book customers for appointments and guide them smoothly from inquiry to service delivery

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer service or customer success role
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Experience in sales or lead conversion, especially internationally, is a plus
• Knowledge of dental products or services is a bonus
• Fluency in Mandarin is highly desirable
• Track record of meeting KPIs and converting leads to clinic appointments

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to handle complaints professionally
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service software, including Salesforce
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and multitask in a fast-paced environment
